Currently the pan and t&p are routed together, this is not up to code. Due to there not being a place to route both the drain and t&p separately it would not meet code. The price does not include fixing of those items. June 21 2021 Arrived onsite to install 2 new electric hot water tanks, upon arrival we shut power off to the tank. Turned off power to the home. We then drained down both tanks. Disconnected the required connections and removed the old water heaters. Provided and installed 2 new hot water tanks. Reconnected required connections. Reattached existing pan drains. Filled both tanks bleeding air as needed. After all the air was bled we turned power on to the tank, insuring the customer had hot water upon leaving. Checked for leaks and found none. Secured body straps as needed. Went over finals results with the customer insuring she was happy.
