Arrived onsite as per request of removing a furnace and water heater, that are located in a garage where a fire had taken place, originally the plan was to remove and reinstall both pieces of equipment. Pure dry approved pricing for this work. Began removing equipment. Customer arrived and wanted to replace both pieces of equipment. Created options for furnace replacement and a price for the water heater replacement. Completed today’s work, shut off an capped both hot and cold water lines for the water heater, and the gas lines for the furnace. Shut off electrical to furnace and capped off bare wires using wire nuts and electrical tape. Spoke to Zach who confirmed enough ducting was removed to work in the area. Left a few sections of venting for the water heater and furnace inside of the old base can and informed pure dry that these pieces would be reused and he confirmed that they would not throw them away.
