Customer complaint of no hot water, hot water coming and going. Gave option for replacement and diagnostic. Claudette decided to move forward with water heater replacement. First drained and removed existing water heater. Installed new 50 gallon natural gas Bradford white water heater. Once new water heater was installed I then began to fill the tank. Once the tank was full i then purged air and water from hot line and existing recirculation line. Double checked all my connections for leaks. No leaks at this time. Cleaned up work area.
