Arrived onsite discovered that three thermostats were set to cooling mode and one thermostat was set to heating mode, the back offices were all getting air conditioning and the front office was not calling for heating because the air conditioning had priority over the heating. The system cannot run both air conditioning and heating at the same time. Set every thermostat to auto mode and set the temperature to 68 or 66 degrees in each zone. Informed the customer to only adjust the heating number to the temperature you what it at, if you adjust the cooling temperature below he room temp it will put it in a call for cooling. Lobby thermostat was set to 71 degrees on the schedule and they only wanted it to be 66 degrees in there. Customer also wanted the filter replaced today.
