Customer called in with a leak under the kitchen sink and a broken main water shut off. Arrived on site and inspected the issue, the main water shut off is an older gate valve and is not functioning. The hot water emergency shut off valve under the kitchen sink is broken and not functioning. Provided pricing to replace these items, the customer accepted the pricing. Removed the existing hot water emergency shut off valve, installed a new quarter turn valve and reinstalled the faucet supply line. Removed the existing main water shut off located in the corner of the homes garage. Installed a new quarter turn main water shut off valve. Restored water to the home and inspected for leaks.
