Customers water heater does not produce hot water. Tank is 17 years old. Gave pricing for replacement options. Explained to customer that because it’s a manufactured home, a manufacture home specific tank needs to be installed. I discussed with the customer that having an electrician run voltage to the water heater storage area and switching from a gas to an electric tank would be much cheaper. Customer stated that she would have her son wire to the room and then would like to have an electric tank installed at a later date. Thank you for choosing CPI
