10/20/2020 Confirmed with customer that mainline was backed up toilet wouldn’t drain and backing up into utility sink in garage. Outside clean out had no standing water determined blockage was under the house. Pulled toilet used cable down drain clearing out blockage. Toilet and sink are both now draining properly. Used camera through clean out in crawl space finding 4inch cast iron flowing into 3inch plastic abs drain line causing blockage to occur. Will give pricing to replace piping in crawl space.
