Confirmed with customer that water heater would not produce hot water and wouldn’t ignite. Provided estimate to perform diagnostic also provided estimate to replace water heater. Customer decided to get water heater replaced. Turned water off to water heater and drained out old tank. Turned gas supply off to water heater and removed tank. Installed 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Filled tank with water and turned gas back on. Tested gas line verifying no leaks present. Fired up water heater. Membership for water heater.
