11/14 Customer called in because of a leak coming from slab. Gave options for rerouting lines and for repair. Customer signed off on work but wants to remove water heater themselves. Will return to perform work as proposed. 11/23 Returned to repair leak in 3/4 copper main behind w/d Turned off water at house main, and the meter at street, house main does not work properly Chiseled concrete from around 2” pvc sleeve around 3/4 copper Cut out damaged 3/4 copper Replaced damaged section on 3/4 with new copper and a new sweat ball valve Restored water to the house and checked for leaks, no leaks found Opened hose bib closest to the repair to remove any debris Ran several fixtures to remove any air in the system Checked the meter to make sure the leak detector was not spinning, it was not spinning, video to confirm Check the water pressure to the house, checked at around 48psi Thank you for choosing CPI plumbing and heating, have a happy holiday!
