Customer called about needing their toilet repaired. There septic alarm went off yesterday and they had the installer out this morning to look at it. During this process they noticed that the guest bathroom toilet was constantly running. Upon arrival, inspected toilet. Definite signs of hard water. Also customer complained about having to plunge the master bathroom toilet. Offered pricing for a pressure assisted toilet, customer declined and stated that they would flush more often. Provided pricing for a toilet tank rebuild as well as a septic inspection to verify the waste level and check filters. Customer accepted. Isolated water to the toilet, drained. Removed fill valve and installed a new one. Adjusted water level and changed out the canister gasket. Filled toilet, flushed. Toilet working as intended, no leaks detected. Opened and inspected all septic lids. Found a filter in the one nearest to the deck. Filter looks clean and free of debris. All septic tanks look to be working pro
