The meter is spinning even when no water is being used in the home. Presented pricing to perform a leak search diagnostic. The customer accepted the pricing. Checked all the plumbing inside the home for leaks. No leaks or issues found. Entered the homes crawlspace. Found multiple water leaks coming from the homes copper water supply piping. The main sewer line is 3†and is spilt down the bottom of the pipe. The crawlspace has a large sewage buildup on the vapor barrier and significant insect activity. Provided contact information for a restoration company to mitigate the damage to the homes crawlspace. Provided pricing to repipe the homes waste and water piping.
