- Arrived on site. - Explained what the membership would include to the homeowners. - Tested incoming water pressure and temperature at an outside hose bib. - Went around to all of the fixtures inside testing hot water temperature, checking for leaks, and anything not up to code. - I noticed they have 6 multi-turn angle stops which are prone to leaking and failure over time. - Drained and flushed hot water heater.
