Arrive onsite to customer home per customer request to have us inspect a possible leak in mechanical room. Customer had noted that her dog room/gym/exercise room was always warm. Upon inspection of room found sensor tied to a thermostat in control room. Thermostat was set to 70F. Lowered set temperature in room to 63 degrees. Room temperature became noticeably lower. The mechanical room she had noted was always super warm, so warm she had a portable AC unit installed. Will give customer pricing to insulate piping to help prevent room from over heating. Customer had always also pointed out that the Guest bathroom never seemed to get to set point temperature. Upon further inspection thermostats for the “Den 22†and “Guest 23†were turned in the off position. Indicating that no heating was being performed in these zones. Initial inspection of the mechanical room yielded multiple findings. Customer has a large build of of corrosion on Boiler unions on connections to primary
