Customer had reported that drains were backing up into downstairs tub and toilet. Could not locate septic tank in yard. Sewer pipe was only a few inches deep. Found cracked thin wall pvc pipe where it transitioned from abs. Cut out bad section and used video inspection equipment to locate septic tank in black berry bushes. Inlet baffle was clogged with paper. Removed clog and line drained to a point. Septic tank waste level is above inlet baffle. Septic company will need to evacuate tank and evaluate. Repaired sewer pipe and tested. Thin wall pvc is prone to cracking and collapsing. Will give pricing to install better quality drain after septic tank is evaluated. No warranty on drain cleaning.
