I shut down the incoming water supply for the water heater. I drained down the tank and removed the failed expansion tank. I provided and installed a new expansion tank in the same location as the previous tank. I turned the water supply back on to the water heater and tested the new expansion tank. The new tank is in great working condition at this time. I noticed that outside sewer clean out didn’t have a cap on it. I installed a rubber cap on the outside sewer line at no additional charge. As per Nathan I closed the garage door on my out.
