Arrived onsite to replace the contactor as proposed. Was informed by tech support after checking resistance across the contactor that the contactor was bad. Replaced contactor and the unit is still short cycling. There is a different error code this time, which is 7 fast flashes and 4 short flashes. Which means no 230v when call. Attempted to contact carrier tech support as I have been in contact with them throughout this entire process. They originally informed me to replace the control board. Issue still was occurring so they informed me to replace the contactor. Issue is still occurring will follow up with customer once we get in contact with tech support.
