Arrived onsite customers boiler has not been producing any hot water or heat. Presented pricing to do a diagnostic. Customer approved pricing for a diagnostic. Discovered that the pump that we had replaced back in February, had been pulling 1.05 amps and was rated for a maximum of .74 amps. The pump had burnt out. Swapped the pump out under warranty. Noticed that the air eliminator on system was dripping meaning that the float on the inside has gone bad. Emailed over pricing to replace that. Pump is sitting in a high point on the system so it’s very easy for air to get trapped inside the pump. Confirmed operation of the system once the pump was replaced.
