Arrived on site per customer request of getting two new shop heaters installed. After going through a diagnostic/evaluation I was able to collect all the information I needed to provide pricing. Let customer know that the shop would have to be insulated before we would be able to install any heaters. Pricing will be worked up within the next few days and sent over. *Please Mail Hardcopy* Customer called in with a backed up kitchen sink drain. Arrived on site and inspected the issue. The kitchen sink drain was completely clogged and backed up immediately when used. Provided pricing to attempt to clear the drain. The customer accepted the pricing. Removed the kitchen sink p-trap. Used a power snake to attempt to clear the drain. At approximately 5 feet into the drain an obstruction was encountered. Snaked this area repeatedly snaking to a final distance of approximately 15 feet. Reassembled the under sink waste piping and tested the drain. The drain is now flowing as designed. While testing the drain we noticed both of the sink basket strainer assemblies area leaking. Provided pricing to replace the assemblies. The customer declined and is going to replace them on his own.
