Austin Hile was very personable, professional, & knowledgeable doing a maintenance eval (checkup) on our AC. He did not attempt to "sell" us any options on our newish(18 mos) system(unlike another co.) & presented a report on our system that my wife & I understood. He was a pleasure. Thnx. Richard
I had just discovered a problem with my system after it had been on for awhile this season. I had puddles of water in the low spots on the plastic floor as it slopes away from the fairly new systems. Then at the lowest spot just a few steps from the systems I had a good size puddle. Have since discovered that puddle is in between my two layers of plastic. One could see where the water ran down from the systems. Just before turning on the systems I had my entire "basement" (under house almost stand up space for me) checked thoroughly for any moisture. Three people from a company checked it out and announced it was "dry as a bone". I also discovered the two outlet pipes from my two systems were not surrounded outside by a wet area which should have been. There was only nominal moisture out there. I have one other important thing. Since your co. put in my new systems I had noticed a piling up of leaves in one corner of the compressors after servicing.I did not mention that but did not like it as I had not had that problem with the old systems. I noticed it took Anthony longer to clean the compressors and I was informed he had to take off something to be able to get in there and clean out the accumulated leaves. That young man did an excellent job both correcting the water under the house and cleaning out the compressors. I have just been to the "basement" - a day and a half after his work. There are no small puddles in the plastic AT ALL. I am taking steps to dry out the large puddle in between the two layers of plastic in the lowest spot. I would be extremely happy with the same young man doing the servicing, repeatedly!!!!!

Will was truly professional, a real gentleman and efficient. He, also. showed me things about both my heat pump and my gas system that no one had ever shown me before. William was very polite & considerate. I feel he gave me honest info regarding my unit & its diagnosis & prognosis. I feel he has a greater knowledge base than some other techs & shared it with me. Pricing - ouch! - but considering my unit is 12 years old & this is I think only the 2nd time I have had to shell out some $$ for preventative upkeep - I have been pretty pleased with the unit.
I had my 6 month over due tune up on my air conditioner. The technician William was the best. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He gave me his professional opinion and found some safety issues I didn’t even know I had. Thanks to William I know things will be done correctly and safely.

Austin is a nice gentleman. I am assuming he did a good job He seemed very efficient. I was impressed when I told him my not understanding one of the Carbon Monoxide Detectors your co. installed. He found the battery was dead and he replaced the battery after I provided it. He even offered to replace it with one from his truck. That assisted me as I am an 80'ish Senior and being down in the floor under a desk to do this would not have been easy for me. He even offered to replace any light bulbs that I needed replaced and that made him a gentleman for sure with good service tactics. I had none that needed replacing but if I had he would have been a "life saver". Quality service does my heart good!!!!!! At my age I take nothing for granted!!!! Nancy L. Davenport
