I think that Gary was very wonderful. He was very professional and very knowlegeable and know his way around a fernece and unit. I could really tell he knew his job. He was very helpful and I had some questions because I just get my unit serviced 3 months ago for the same thing they replaced a dual something. I was asking him why they did not check the freon while they was out there last. He took the time and told me. He was super nice and he narrowed the problem down quickly not having to think and running around scratching his head. I liked that.
