someone came and fixed what we've pointed out for the last year what you guys supposedly sent someone to fix and charged us for. now we've paid for it again. I understand Karen is no longer there but she was to have taken care of crediting us for this major cluster some time ago and it never happened. now whether that was a Karen issue or a Brandon issue...
