Christian and Jalen spent 2 days at our home replacing 4 units. They were both very respectful and worked very diligently to make sure he had working furnaces and AC units each day. Any mess made was cleaned up. Jalen even fixed the landscaping around the AC units before he left. The extra attention to detail is very much appreciated. Thank you for our warm home and look forward to a cool house in the summer.

The guys that come to the house are always respectful and courtesy. They always do a good job and I never feel like something needs to be "fixed" all the time. When my units are in good shape the guys tell me and when there is a problem they find the most reasonable fix for them.

Arrived today due to 2016 Trane not cooling which is responsible for the upstairs.Upon arrival thermostat was at 76° with a desired temperature of 72° determined the indoor equipment was operational but outdoor equipment was non-operational.Once operation was determined began diagnostic on the indoor equipment the filter 16x25x1 was gently used not showing signs of discoloration or being clogged.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on equipment and parts which shortens the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel with approval performed blower wheel cleaning.Inspected indoor evaporator coil finding it to be dirty when a indoor evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with can affect the ability to heat/cool properly a quote ha

Arrived today due to 2017 Carrier not cooling/freezing which is responsible for the upstairs.Upon arrival thermostat was at 76° with a desired temperature of 70° confirmed the indoor & outdoor equipment were both fully operational.Once operation was confirmed began diagnostic on the indoor equipment the filter 20x25x1 was gently used with minimum discoloration the filter wasn’t replaced.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower amps were checked finding them to be elevated indicating the motor has been placed under distress which cause some kind of damage.Capacitor was tested confirming it was in specifications.Blower wheel & indoor evaporator coil was inspected finding minimum discoloration but no clogging recommend having monitored to know when cleaning is necessary.Drain line was blew out/flushed confirming it was t clogged and properly draining.Flood prevention was tested confirming it was properly operating.Once finished

Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 3.5 ton heat pump with 4 ton air handler. Installed new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch and new thermostat. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line, supply plenum and return plenum. Tested system operations in heating and cooling, set refrigerant charge.
