The technician was informative and polite.

I requested before and after pictures. I only received the before pictures and was told they didn't get after pictures due to the rain. 90% of the work done was in the attic and it wasn't raining up there. The final measurements report is missing the refrigerant side. If I have a problem what will they have to compare the readings to?

Great Service, Outstanding Communication, Very Honest and Fair Price!

My water pipe broke during the 2021 Texas Freese. I called and left messages with 10 plumbers in my area. 3 that advertise daily on Houston area television. The only one that returned my call was Dr Rescue! They responded fast and restored my water the day they said they would be out. I can’t say enough for their honesty and service. I will be sure to call again if a plumber or AC repair is needed!

On arrival homeowner was concerned about the downstairs a/c system not cooling. I inspected the condenser and found no faults on the components. I then followed by checking the charge on the downstairs a/c system and discovered that it was severely low on refrigerant. I recommended the homeowner a leaks search to pin point the source of the leak. I preformed the leaks search with the homeowners approval and discovered that there were 2 leaks on the evaporator coil on non accessible locations for patching. We will submit you claim to the home warranty company for approval on your repairs.

Customer had me out because their guest bathroom sink was constantly filling with water. I got there and immediately knew it was the condensate that caused algae to grow and blocked the drain. I took apart the ptrap and it was solid with the algae, I cleaned it all out and ran my small sewer machine down the line and put it all back together. I then ran the water in the sink for over 10 minutes and made sure there is no leaks, and that it is draining good. It is now working properly at this time. I found no further issues at this time.

Customer is selling the house and they had us come out to replace the water heater pan as per the inspectors request. To do it we had to drain and remove the old heater, change out the pan, and reinstall the heater. To do that though heater was hardpiped in so we had to cut the lines and install new adapters and water flex lines. Once everything was back together we turned the water on and inspected for leaks, which none were found. We lit the heater with ease, and everything is working properly at this time. We ran the tub to get as much of the air out of the lines as we could, but whenever they use a fixture it may sputter a little for the first couple minutes. Also the hot water was a little brown due to the sediment in the bottom of the heater, this too will go away after each fixture is run for a few minutes. I found no further issues at this time.

Customer had us out because they had a water leak in their garage. They had already removed the Sheetrock and exposed the leak. It was a half inch copper line feeding an outdoor hose bib. It had a pinhole on the 90. I cut out and removed the affected spot, and installed a new pro press 1/2inch 90. I turned the water back on and now there are no leaks. I found no further issues at this time.

Customer has a water heater that was not working. I got there and relit the pilot light and it lit on my first try with no issues. The heater is 9 years old and is a 40g natural gas short heater. I waited approximately 20 minutes to see if the heater would shut off again but it did not. I gave the customer an estimate to replace it if it does go out again. I found no further issues at this time.

Customer called us out because they are selling their home and the inspector told them they needed to replace the pipes coming from the water heaters. I got there and saw that the water heaters had dielectric unions that were all corroded. I removed them and installed some male adapters and water flexes instead so that this will not be a problem in the future. I turned the water on to the home and inspected for leaks, which none were found. I found no further issues at this time.

Customer called us out because they had a leak in their pex water piping in their attic. The leak was a 3/4 inch hot water tee. I cut out the old tee and replaced it with a new tee. We then turned the water back on and it got to full pressure. I checked it again for leaks, but this time none were found. I found no further issues at this time.

We discovered the ac primary drain is clogged causing primary drain to over flow into the emergency drain pan. We will have to perform drain maintenance on the primary condensation line to clear stoppage. We tested drain lines with 1 gallon of water to make sure it was free and clear at this time.

I discovered the upstairs guest bathroom lavatory drain was clogged. I had to cut ac condensation pipe going to p-trap in order to remove hard pipe p-trap in order to run sewer machine. I ran sewer machine down drain and was able to clear clog, unfortunately the obstruction causing the drain to be clogged was unable to be recovered. I tested drain everything is working properly at this time.

We performed a one system AC tuneup. We discovered the outdoor disconnect was bypassed and burnt, it needs to be replaced to ensure proper order in being it to code. The second drain line was clogged and the primary has a stoppage can’t be removed. The emergency drain pan is extremely rusted as well. The system refrigerant levels state the system is a little low on refrigerant at this time. We Install a new drain pan, primary drain line, p-trap, safety switch, clean out for further maintenance down the road, charge system to manufacture specs, & install a new high voltage disconnect box on condenser. We text operations of system after repairs everything is working to manufacture specs at this time.

We performed two system ac tune. We discovered on tune up the upstairs with zoning had leaking return, bad start capacitor on blower, low on refrigerant, leaking evaporator coil, water condensation on the evaporator coil casing and heavily restricted condenser coil. The temperature split for the upstairs zone system: supply 63.7 Return 74.3 DT 10.6 -Repairs needed on the upstairs system. Need to replace leaking evaporator coil, disassemble the condenser casing to properly chemical clean condenser coil to remove heavily debris from coil to insure proper air flow, replace the blower motor capacitor so the blower motor doesn’t burn up. We need to reseal return so it’s not sucking attic air that is unfiltered and unconditioned. The downstairs system: We discovered the blower motor capacitor is vary week and needs to be replaced. The condenser coil is restricted and the condenser casing needs to be disassembled to chemical clean condenser coil for proper air flow. The system as also

Customer had an anglestop for a fridge that would not turn on, and a stopper for the master bathroom tub that was broken. I got there and turned the water off so that I could replace the anglestop, then I removed and installed the new drain for the tub. After both of these were done I turned the water back on to the home. I checked the anglestop for leaks and found none so I turned it on and now they have water going to the fridge, so that’s done and working properly. Then I turned water on to the tub to make sure it was not leaking underneath and I found no leaks. I then closed the stopper and put water in the tub again to make sure it would seal and hold the water in. It does and is also working properly at this time. I found no further issues at this time.

Performed Ac tune up on one system. Found no issues with systems at this time. I did discover some concerns on condenser fan motor and capacitor is weak but still within manufacture specs at this time. I do recommend replacement before it fails completely.

Customer had new tile put in the up stairs bathroom. When the tile guys put back their toilet, it would not stop dripping. I got there and found where the fill valve tightens to the tank of the toilet it was dripping. The seal on the fill valve had gone bad. I replaced the fill valve and turned the water back on, and found no further issues at this time.

Customer called us out because he wanted an estimate to replace 2 hose bibs. I got there and saw the hose bibs in question. They were both in the backyard. They were both half inch and were screwed onto a nipple that screws into a tee, the tee is screwed onto another nipple but is so close to the wall that you can’t hold backup to prevent fittings in the wall from turning. This is likely the reason they were left there in the first place. If I do the work there is a chance something could go wrong inside the wall. I explained all this to the homeowner and he thanked me for my honesty and decided that he didn’t want to mess with them at this time.
