Dustin and team came up with a plan to reposition my water heater and furnace vents that exit the rear of my house which were in the way of the deck being built. Radiant in floor heat actuator replacement.
Repaired a Pentair MasterTemp 400 pool heater on this warm, fall day. The pool heater was no longer igniting. Diagnosed issue as a faulty flame sensor. Cleaned existing sensor with fine grit sandpaper but ultimately replaced it with a new OEM part. Also cleaned burner assembly and verified proper gas pressure. Tested heater operation and confirmed it was maintaining set temperature.
As winter nears, performed a furnace service to prepare the system for colder weather. Inspected the ignition system, cleaned the burner assembly, and tested the flame sensor for proper function. Checked the thermostat calibration and replaced the air filter for improved airflow. The furnace is now ready for winter operation.
Performed generator maintenance to ensure reliable backup power during outages. Inspected the fuel system, including filters and fuel lines, for any clogs or leaks. Tested the battery and charging system to confirm proper operation. Cleaned and checked the air filter and cooling system for efficient airflow. Adjusted the voltage regulator to maintain consistent output and verified the transfer switch for smooth transitions during power loss. The generator is now ready to provide uninterrupted power when needed.
