Mack was wonderful. He got here when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem with my air correctly. He explained every step of what he did. He said he thought there would be a charge, but when he called in he was told it was under warranty (the air conditioner is only 2 years old). He informed me he had another call he wanted to make to another senior before he got off because of the extreme heat. Kudos to Mack for caring about the elderly during this heat wave.
I am so happy with my new bowler it's top of the line I wish I had you guys 25 years ago when I 1st bought my home you all are wonderful And your service is excellent I truly appreciate you guys And let me not forget the ladies of the company are excellent as well.😊💯🙏🏻💙

From the beginning of the furnace sale to installation end, everything went perfect.
