Heat went out on a very cold weekend day. Dykstra scheduled service for me on a Saturday. Technician was on time and heat was going shortly. Had to buy a part and pay for the evaluation service.
Although the servicemen were very nice and explained what they were doing, they turned out to be a waste of time and money. A half hour after the servicemen left my thermostat was not working again. So, the problem was never fixed and I paid over two hundred dollars for nothing. Now, I have no idea what to do. I have had work done with Dykstra in the past with good results, so this experience was disappointing.
