Jan B was polite & professional throughout the service call to clean & check my AC. He called in advance & was prompt in arriving within 10 mins. From then on. he was very conscientious & organized, he even used his own water hose! He invited me to watch & ask questions; I learned a lot as I observed how he added puron to my unit.
