I understand that in the HVAC business, almost every phone call is an "emergency." Our furnace started having problems and completely quit working in the coldest of temperatures. I called the team late in the evening, they answered from home with their families to get me on the schedule, and were out the next morning as soon as they could be to fix our emergency. We had previously used a company that "settled" for not being really sure what the issue was, but not going out of their way to figure it out.
