Rob and Easy air were great. We initially just have them come out for a yearlyCleaning of the unit but once again the HVAC wasn’t working very well. We have been having trouble with the HVAC since we moved in three years ago. Rob used his time to diagnose the problem which was a leaking condenser coilEven though that wasn’t the reason for him being at our home. Because we still had a home warranty I attempted to have it repaired through them but as many of you probably know home warranties are mostly a huge scam. More than a week after he had been to our home I contacted Rob directly and he almost immediately responded.Keep in mind, this is in Jax to position to the weeks that I have been trying to get in contact with the warranty service in their contractor.Rob came out the next day, worked with me on the price, and replaced the broken portion of our system in one morning.I highly recommend Rob and this company for any HVAC repairs.
