Ramon from Eco Pro arrived, stated who he was, what company he was representing and what he was there for... We went back n forth about the trouble with the heating system and he detected the problem (replaced thermostat) and made the proper repair. Ramon was clear and concise and expressed what else his company had to offer (in detail) prior to his departure. Customer Service should be the number one priority and Ramon displayed the utmost professional but yet personable and I appreciate that, thanks again Ramon!!!
