The original location that was picked when the estimate was given didn't work. Unfortunately, I built a pad and installed the required electrical prior to installation and then it had to be moved when the installers showed up as well as removing shrubs that were now where the outdoor unit needed to go. It was a bump in the road where everything else went well. I received some suggestions on the estimate that I didn't receive from others and that is what sealed the deal for me. I now have a unit that appears to be sized more correctly and I also have expansion capabilities that weren't offered by others. If it hadn't been for the problem related to the original location, it would be five stars.
