Victor made time to come by on a busy Saturday afternoon and accommodated my schedule. He is very knowledgeable and respectable and got my a/c working inside an hour. Heater for a newer home is not working. Responded to the service call and found the thermostat not responding to the furnace to bring on the heat for the home. Removed and replaced the thermostat and then set the heat to the on position. The current status is normal.
Heating system is not working. Found a failed thermostat that is not bringing on the Trane furnace. Made repairs to the system and the heater is now working.
