Victor made time to come by on a busy Saturday afternoon and accommodated my schedule. He is very knowledgeable and respectable and got my a/c working inside an hour. Prices were on par, he explained how to properly maintain my system and didn't try to oversell me. Again truly professional, Victor truly took pride in his work paying attention to details most would have missed and took care of additional issues he saw outside my main a/c problem to ensure optimal performance. Heater for a newer home is not working. Responded to the service call and found the thermostat not responding to the furnace to bring on the heat for the home. Removed and replaced the thermostat and then set the heat to the on position. The current status is normal.
Heating system is not working. Found a failed thermostat that is not bringing on the Trane furnace. Made repairs to the system and the heater is now working.
Customer needed a new gas line ran for the furnace they are relocating to the garage. Ran a new gas line for furnace. The Trane furnace now has had ran to it and is working as it should to heat the home.
Heating system is not working when set to heat on the Honeywell thermostat. Found a failed igniter. Removed and replaced and then tested the heater. The heater is now working and the home is reaching set point on the thermostat.
York heater is not working. Found a failed igniter and removed and replaced as per options chosen by the customer. The heater is now working.
