Ridiculous price and 5 days without heat

Diagnosed on Sunday, confirmed part ordered on Monday but could not receive part until Thursday and installation on Friday. Price (not including initial dispatch fee) was $930. Part was gas valve and the technician was here less than 1 hour which included comfort care inspection. I feel that this was an extremely unfair price.

Roger was very prompt as this was a Sunday visit. He had located the problem in a short about of time. We stayed on emergency heat for 5 days until he returned to install the new board.
