Judah called to let me know he was on the way, early in fact. Upon arrival he had me give him a summary of the electrical problem I was having. He was very particular and thorough in diagnosing the problem, rather than jumping to a conclusion. After eliminating a number of potential areas of failure, Judah traced the issue to the outside circuit breaker, and a wire from the panel had either never been attached or had come loose. He was able to then quickly correct the issue and get the Alarm box operational.

Judah was able to diagnose the problem with the irrigation system tripping the GFI. The load on the electric lines was fine , but the GFI was malfunctioning and was so hot it was not safe unless replaced. We are very thankful that Judah found this problem.

James provided exceptional service for my elderly parents. He was very patient and explained everything he was doing and answered all questions they had. They ended up needing a new ceiling fan and he scheduled the return appointment for them so they could be taken care of quickly. Upon his return visit, James installed the fan quickly and took time to make sure my mom knew how to work the remote. James provided exceptional service in a very caring way.
