Milad is great

Excellent work done by a guy who cares enough to point out the little things that might not have been considered. The only thing that made this 4 star instead of 5 was there were a few things pointed out by Milad that he asked us if we wanted fixed/done -- which we assumed was under the scope of the original quote that we received since he never mentioned anything about extra fee's. We definitely don't mind paying for the high quality of work, and we are very glad he pointed them out and ultimately helped us out with them but it just caught me off guard since the only extra fee that was discussed was if he didn't do them now, he would have to come back out and we'd have to pay another service fee. Of course, I take partial responsibility for not clarifying. That said, the extra fees weren't much, the quality of work was very high, and overall I'm very pleased with the service I received. I would gladly have Milad back over again for any future work.
