Express was referred to me by another local business that was fully booked the week I was requesting service, and I’m so glad they recommended them! I called late in the day on a Monday (close to 5 PM) about a bathroom fixture and a team member answered on my first attempt (Lisa possibly?) and let me know that they could come out the next morning at 8 AM. She also let me know of what to expect and initial cost. Judah called the next morning as expected, around 7:30am, to let me know he was on the way and arrived when he said he would. He quickly found the issue with my bathroom light/fan combo, walked me through what he was doing, and patiently answered all of my many questions. He was so polite, professional, and courteous of my home (and pets :) ) throughout the entire visit. I’m so pleased with my experience and I will be calling Express again for future home improvement needs (and I’ll be requesting Judah)! Highly recommend!

Judah was able to diagnose the problem with the irrigation system tripping the GFI. The load on the electric lines was fine , but the GFI was malfunctioning and was so hot it was not safe unless replaced. We are very thankful that Judah found this problem.
