Extreme One Hour is our go-to company for A/C services because we haven't found anywhere near us with as good customer service with value. Michael, specifically, is our requested tech. He provides a lot of background knowledge that we wouldn't be aware of and we trust his recommendations and because he's straight forward about what's really needed. It's nice not feeling like a car salesman walked into our living room to sell us a bunch of things we don't need. I appreciate interesting that Extreme One Hour is truly looking out for our best interests.
