I called the customer service and able to get an appointment on the same day to check my air conditioner because it was not turning on. Grant P. came on time. He checked the air conditioner at backyard and went up to the attic to check the furnace. He was able to fix the problem right away and explained to me the problem. He's very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Excellent service👍😀.

In Oakley, CA, I replaced an old thermostat with a new, programmable model to improve system control and efficiency. I also diagnosed a faulty pressure switch on the furnace, which required replacement, and signed the customer up for a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure regular system upkeep.
Installed a ductless heating system in Oakley, CA. The customer chose a Daikin ductless unit for their home office. I mounted the indoor air handler and connected it to the outdoor compressor. After running refrigerant lines and electrical, I verified the system’s operation, ensuring efficient heating performance.
Performed a full HVAC repair in Oakley, CA, today. The blower motor had failed on a Lennox EL296V furnace. I replaced the motor and cleaned out dust buildup in the unit. After reassembling the system, I tested the airflow and ensured proper heating performance.
I performed HVAC fall maintenance in Oakley, CA, on a Trane XV80 system. I checked the thermostat, inspected the air filters, and cleaned the condenser coils. After ensuring the system was running efficiently, I tested the airflow to confirm proper heating throughout the home.

I replaced the air filter and tested the flame sensor for proper operation. I performed an AC repair by diagnosing a faulty capacitor, which was preventing the compressor from starting. After replacing the capacitor, I checked the refrigerant levels and found them within the proper range. I then tested the blower motor and thermostat to ensure the system was functioning correctly. Replaced a Lennox 12 SEER split system with an American Pride 16 SEER model for improved cooling. Sized new system based on Manual J load calculation. Mounted new American Pride outdoor unit on vibration pads, installed copper line set with nitrogen purge during brazing. Set up matching air handler with ECM blower motor. Evacuated system to 500 microns, charged with R-410A. Tested all modes for proper operation.
Repaired an air conditioning system on a Day & Night unit. Diagnosed the issue as a faulty capacitor that was preventing the compressor from starting. Replaced the capacitor with a 45/5 MFD 440V model and inspected the condenser fan motor to ensure it was operating correctly. Checked refrigerant levels and system pressures, confirming they were within the proper range. Tested the system to verify it was cooling effectively. The unit is now running efficiently and providing proper cooling.
