I called the customer service and able to get an appointment on the same day to check my air conditioner because it was not turning on. Grant P. came on time. He checked the air conditioner at backyard and went up to the attic to check the furnace. He was able to fix the problem right away and explained to me the problem. He's very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Excellent service👍😀.

Safely discharged existing capacitor before removal. Installed new OEM-equivalent GE Genteq C4455R capacitor, ensuring proper microfarad rating and voltage match.
