Our AC went out so we called Fairview. They were able to come out the next day which was awesome! Jerry was our technician and he was on time and friendly. He asked about the issue and checked the system over. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and even had the part in his truck to fix it! He answered all of my questions and never seemed rushed. I decided to sign up for the bi-annual maintenance program and Jerry even took note of our filter sizes to note on the account. Definitely would recommend this company!

Today, I conducted a comprehensive seasonal maintenance check on a residential central air conditioning system. In addition to cleaning the condenser coils and inspecting refrigerant levels, I also flushed the condensate drain line to clear any built-up algae or debris. This ensured proper condensate flow and prevented potential backups or water damage. The AC system is now prepared for optimal summer operation.
Today, I completed an AC repair on a Lennox XC25 unit. I replaced the faulty capacitor and cleaned the condenser coils. The system was recharged with R-410A refrigerant and tested for optimal cooling efficiency.
Today, I conducted a seasonal tune-up on a Carrier Comfort Series AC unit. During the inspection, I identified and resolved an airflow issue by sealing leaks in the ductwork. I also replaced the thermostat battery and cleaned the condenser coils to ensure efficient operation for the upcoming warm season.
