Hello Mr. Allegro, This is Robert one of the owner's of Fairview We strive for top rate service from all of our techs and by the verbiage that you rated Jerry with he did great as we always want them to do, but you may have got the star rating backwards and only rated Jerry as a 1 star instead of 5. Now if he was a 1 star we will except that also and would like to know what we could improve on so the next time we can get a 5 star rating. Thank You Robert.
Informed me on everything he was doing as he was doing the work.

Responded to a no-heat call in Brentwood today. The homeowner's gas furnace was not igniting. Upon inspection, I found that the flame sensor was malfunctioning. The flame sensor is a critical safety device in Brentwood that ensures the gas burner shuts off if the flame goes out, preventing a dangerous buildup of gas. In this case, the sensor was not detecting the flame properly, causing the furnace to shut down. I carefully cleaned the flame sensor to remove any soot or debris that might be interfering with its operation. After cleaning, I tested the sensor and confirmed it was functioning correctly. The furnace is now operating safely and reliably, providing heat to the home. Remember, a malfunctioning flame sensor can be a serious safety concern, so regular furnace maintenance is crucial.
In Brentwood, I diagnosed a gas furnace with a no-heat issue. The problem was a faulty igniter. I replaced the old igniter with a new one, ensuring proper placement and connection. Then, I tested the furnace to confirm the new igniter was properly igniting the gas and establishing a stable flame. The furnace is now back up and running, providing reliable heat for the homeowner.
