I was not there when he serviced but my wife said he checked the furnace, and air conditioner and cleaned the A/C condenser coils and changed the filters 👍

Replaced an older 3-ton unit with a new American Pride Series HVAC system. The homeowner wanted better efficiency and lower energy bills. Installed the outdoor condenser, indoor air handler, and smart thermostat. System is running smoothly with improved cooling performance.
Installed a ductless mini split for a customer who wanted better climate control in their upstairs bonus room. Mounted the indoor unit, ran refrigerant lines, and connected the system to a dedicated electrical circuit. The space is now comfortable year-round.
A homeowner was dealing with high humidity inside their home, causing discomfort and musty odors. We installed a whole-home dehumidifier integrated with the HVAC system. Humidity levels are now balanced, improving air quality and system efficiency.
Customer had excessive dust and allergy issues. Inspected the ductwork and found heavy dust buildup and minor mold growth. Performed a full duct cleaning and installed a high-efficiency air filter. Airflow and indoor air quality are now much improved.
Customer complained that their AC wasn’t keeping the house cool. Found that the thermostat was misreading temperatures, causing short cycling. Installed a new digital thermostat, calibrated the system, and tested airflow. The home is now maintaining the correct temperature.
Responded to a no-heat call in Brentwood today. The homeowner's gas furnace was not igniting. Upon inspection, I found that the flame sensor was malfunctioning. The flame sensor is a critical safety device in Brentwood that ensures the gas burner shuts off if the flame goes out, preventing a dangerous buildup of gas. In this case, the sensor was not detecting the flame properly, causing the furnace to shut down. I carefully cleaned the flame sensor to remove any soot or debris that might be interfering with its operation. After cleaning, I tested the sensor and confirmed it was functioning correctly. The furnace is now operating safely and reliably, providing heat to the home. Remember, a malfunctioning flame sensor can be a serious safety concern, so regular furnace maintenance is crucial.
In Brentwood, I diagnosed a gas furnace with a no-heat issue. The problem was a faulty igniter. I replaced the old igniter with a new one, ensuring proper placement and connection. Then, I tested the furnace to confirm the new igniter was properly igniting the gas and establishing a stable flame. The furnace is now back up and running, providing reliable heat for the homeowner.

I repaired a York heat pump in Brentwood that wasn’t heating. The issue was a malfunctioning defrost board. I replaced the board, cleaned the air handler, and checked the system’s refrigerant levels. The heat pump is now working efficiently and providing consistent heat.
I completed heater repair on a Honeywell system in Brentwood. The thermostat was not controlling the temperature properly. After recalibrating the thermostat and checking the wiring connections, the system began operating as expected, delivering consistent heat.
