My daughter needed her Heating/AC unit tuned up and the groupon was a great way to get excellent service at a discounted rate. A courtesy call to let me know what time to expect Freedom representative and he was there at that time. Very respectful of my time.

Arrived to inspect no heat. When I got here, the system kicked on in heat and was blowing room temperature air. Turned the tstat up a good bit and the heat strips came on with the heat pump and was blowing 98.5 degree air. Coil was getting hot so I cut off the heat strips and system was blowing 86 degree air. Could not find any real issues at this time, informed customer to call us back if it happens again.
Customer stated that sometimes blower would come on and off but outdoor unit would still be running. Checked all electrical components on furnace and found bad capacitor to blower motor. Replaced capacitor and let blower motor cycle system not shutting off anymore. System now cooling properly upon departure.
System blowing cold air but barely blowing. Checked crawl space and it was very cold. Found a damage supply run cooling crawl space. Customer stated that door to crawl space was opened while ago and maybe something tore up supply run. Scheduled out to get supply run replaced.
Cleaned system and checked all electrical components and refrigerant levels and everything looks good at this time!
Upon call found transformer blowing because of short in thermostat also found bad heat strips contactor bad system is now running upon departure
Arrived on this date and performed service on hp system, found ac and heat pump not working due to water inside main breaker panel outside, recommended al power to come out and fix breakers and system will operate correctly
Arrived to home to find furnace not working due to gas valve being shut off. Turned on gas valve then test heat. Heat operating properly upon completion.
Intall gray water dump station run new water lines
Was unable to retofit blower motor. Replaced O.E.M. motor.
