Arrived to no cool call. Thermostat wasn’t getting any power. Thermostat was bad. Replaced thermostat checked all electrical components and pressures. Cleaned evaporator coil and changed filter. System now cooling properly upon departure.
On this date preformed a tune up and found a bad compressor battery. Replaced part and unit is working properly.
Came out to job. Unit freezing up. Found there to be restriction in either txv or reversing valve. Gave repair costs, got John on the phone to talk through options with client. Client wants to think it over and figure out what he wants to do.
Technicians arrived on this date to install a 4 ton 16 SEER Heat Pump package unit. Reme, april aire surge protection. -20x30 return - NEST. Technicians also returned the next day to add returns. Cleaned up, everything working well upon departure.
