Arrived on call water leak found check valve stopped up, removed cleaned all working as should did talk with customer about replacing pump with new one that would have a safety switch to cut unit off, he will call and let us know. New pump $386.32
Found low voltage shorted, repaired wire and restarted system
Arrived on call to perform cooling inspection, cycled system checked all components refrigerant, wiring, amps, motor controllers and cleaned drains and coils. System working properly at this time. Also removed build up and debris from inside condenser.
Completed single system tuneup. All components are working properly. The unit itself was excessively dirty. It also had a large amount of debris and leaves inside of it. I was able to remove all of what was inside of it - unit was thoroughly cleaned. I did also clear drain out. Unit is working on departure. Spoke with customer about re-joining comfort club

Arrived for no cooling upon arrival and inspection found package unit trying to startup compressor kicks on and blower motor start to engage but slowly winds down to complete stop and condenser fan will not come on. Found possible arch on capacitor that could of shorted out blower motor and condenser fan with surge due to fact capacitor wasn’t strapped back up checked amp draws voltages and board no abnormalities there. Need to order blower motor for warranty change out and also have condenser motor on stand by just Incase both are not functioning properly..
A preventive maintenance tune up was completed on Goodman system, all components are clean and operating properly.
Performed regular maintenance (HVAC fcc tune up), cleaned, refrigerant checked, and safety inspection completed and everything is running properly.
Goodman fcc tune up was done and found secondary motor control defected. Replaced secondary motor control and unit is working properly.
