Furnace had a blown fuse, replaced fuse and system is functioning properly upon departure.
I arrived for a maintenance tune up. I made sure everything was working property. Change out filter.
I arrived for a maintenance tune up. Customer says it was a loud sound coming from his outside system yesterday but today it stop. I cleaned everything an made sure everything was working properly. There were no sound coming from the system when I was there.
Found system running in heat due to reversing valve wire not plugged up on control board on indoor unit. Corrected wiring issue and system came on in cool. System functioning properly upon departure.
Arrived on call system not cooling properly, customer said she called in for tuneup and hasn’t used cooling yet. Arrived to 2x 39$ furnace tune up upon inspection found 2 gas package units that we installed not to long ago found both flame sensors dirty on unit closest to the garage 1 burner wasn’t lighting up causing it to cycle gas clocked burner and it lit up all units are safe for operation blowers are clean and filters changed regularly gas pressures are correct as well both systems heating upon departure Customers are talking about 2x maintenance plans at 149 each there 78$ will be taken off so all they would owe is 220
