Found 2019 Carrier system wired wrong also with no heatpump outside/straight a/.Customer is going to get with insurance company to get issue corrected.
Found outdoor unit not running due to no power. Breaker was tripped, reset breaker and system Is functioning properly upon departure.
Found outdoor units control board completely fried. With recent severe thunderstorms it’s likely that the board was fried due to weather and without having surge protection on the unit it sent a surge through the board and fried it. To fix issue we will need to replace board. We will call in the morning to check warranties and call customer with a quote for us to fix the issue.
Installed a UV bulb systems running upon departure
Condensation pump was hung with one screw, had it unlevel and it burned the motor up. Customer paid with check 39.00
I arrived on this date for service, cust stated poor cooling. Upon my arrival cust stated that it just started back ..... I chose to check it out any way and detertimed all is operating as it should .... all is well upon my departure. Cust was in a rush and declined to talk about surge protection... Matt only
Heat strips where turned off..I flipped both of the heat strips breakers back on , system it heating like it should.
Arrived for service tune up and checked outdoor package unit. Checked fan motor, compressor, contractor, battery cap, cooling, heating, wirings and switches. Washed outdoor unit. These are the items needed to ensure the proper operation and comfort of your home.
Replace bad capacitor under parts only warranty.
Upon arrival to a FCCPTU call checked the unit. Everything working fine. The new system that we put in was 350 CFM short, due to the return flex falling out of straps. Client wanted to fix it when 2nd unit was replaced. Cleaned up everything working properly upon departure.
Performed Fcc Tune Up, Cleaned system, performed maintenance inspection and everything is running properly.
Performed Service call due to not cooling properly but service repairs have been completed.
