Tech came out for check up on AC service, everything went fine, though I couldn't tell you what (if any) actual work beyond inspection was dond, aside from hosing off the outside unit. I felt like the service was being used as an opportunity to upsell me on an unnecessary compressor kickstarter.

Jason was very nice and knowledgeable about how to fix my air conditioning problem. He had the right equipment and had my air operating again, for which I was very grateful. If I have any other problems or when it is service time next year, I would love to have Jason to be my technician again.

Come out and installed new suction line service valve soldered new on in pressure tested pulled vacuum and charged system with 12lbs 1 oz 410a got system running properly in heat pump mode and also during inspection of duct work found a good amount of leaks so told customer bout mastic seal and she said go head and only do mastic seal nothing else so I got that done as well so all air goes in home and collected $1544.88 by card and all is working properly upon departure.
Found gfi tripped on condensate pump, reset and restarted system, operating properly.
Bad run cap, I replaced the run cap,and let it run for a few.system works as it should. Performed ptu system works as it should.
Checked all components cleaned condenser coils equipment operating upon departure upgraded stage four virus eliminator from halogen to LED $1087 collected via credit card
Customer replaced his own run cap, i don’t if he put the black wire that goes in the contact, on the run cap or if it came like that? That was the issue. Customer paid with check 102.08
Replaced primary motor controller on outdoor unit. No other areas of concern. System cooling properly upon departure.
Cleaned condensation pump and pipe. No other areas of concern. System draining and cooling properly upon departure.
Arrived to no cool call. System was cooling but customer stated that a couple of days ago the system start getting warm and line set was frozen. Checked all electrical components and pressures. Found dirty filter and got it replaced. System now cooling properly upon departure.
Sold 3 ton 3 pc split system with stage 1-5 breath easy pkg .by credit card.
Came out to no cooling found compressor not running due to dead primary motor controller it was under warranty but no labor so replaced it and added easy start to protect the compressor and let it start up easier and system is back functioning properly. Collected $586.96 and I warrantied this part for 3 yrs and customer also wants copy of receipt sent to him.
Cat got into duct work.was quoted 2250.00 for duct repair customer will pay the day of repairs. Will come out June 1st to do repairs.
