Air Conditioner Maintenance - service for annual tune-up - clean, inspect system - all is well with this residential AC
Performed spring maintenance service on two air conditioning systems. This service will ensure that the homeowner's AC functions properly throughout the summer and prevent breakdowns.
Arrived on call for noise found issue was air filter being sucked up in filter grill just loose fit, adjusted to help filter fit tight noise is fixed.
Come out to do fall maintenance cleaned and checked outdoor first cause he said it’s been no shutting off and did find stuck contactor and some burnt wires so I told him he need easy start to help compressor and needs new contactor and surge protection to protect his electrical components and he wanted to go ahead and do repair. But I cleaned it first and moved to indoor and cleaned coils and drains and unit is looking a little rough and some of his duct work is falling apart gave him his options in that but he wants to wait cause he prolly do the whole thing later. But I did the repair and collected $1237.12 by card and unit is back operating properly. But I talked to him bout advantage program and I think that is the way he is leaning. And customer only wants me back.
Arrived on this date for single unit maintenance. UV bulb blown and filter needs replacement customer didn’t want to move forward with getting it replaced today. System refrigerant levels reading properly, electrical components functioning correctly. Renewed membership via card. System was up and running upon departure.
Arrived on call no cooling system freezing up upon inspection found evap coil rusted out leaking, due to system being r22 refrigerant had comfort advisor come out to give customer price on repair vs replace.
Checked over both systems, both are operating properly.
I arrived today on a maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on the system to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did find that the evaporator coil had a lot of biological growth growing inside of it so I did a stage 2 breathe ez. The customer paid with a card and he will think about doing the ez start kit and corrosion defender next visit.
Replaced pressure switch. System heating properly upon departure.
Come out no heat had 2 systems feeding sanctuary found no gas getting to furnace come to find out the gas meter was locked or plugged told him call gas company and if it don’t work after that to call us. Collected $99 by check.
