Come out customer says outdoor fan isn’t working go and check it and it try’s to start up and does but not working properly it’s trying to seize up and bearings sound awful so called climatic Pelham ordered new motor they have in stock under customer name ready for pick up. Collected $99 by card

I arrived today on a maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on the indoor and the outdoor system to make sure that everything was clean and working properly I did come across that the UV bulb was time to be replaced and the capacitor on the outside system wasn’t giving enough power to the compressor and the bacteria and virus eliminator bulb was blown. So I went over some options with the customer and we decided to change the capacitor on the warranty and replace the UV bulb

Come out and did spring tune up cleaned drain and coil cleaner on indoor and changed her filters and stick light she had her own and then it was time to replace virus eliminator but she decided to to upgrade to led version instead to get 5 yrs warranty on bulb and also she wanted me to clean the blower wheel. Collected by card and system is functioning properly upon departure Make sure to send customer copy to email plz

Come out fcc tune up checked system and cleaned it all looks good just found old contactor starting to show signs of wear and tear so replaced it and added easy start and a surge protector to protect their components. Customer paid with check and cash. Also left estimate for clear sky ionizer and bacteria and virus eliminator and said she will get that in a few months. Other than that system is working properly

Performed Indoor units check. Return needs to be sealed, losing heat underneath house. Pics in service titan. Found growth inside unit. Recommended indoor air quality. Customer doesn't really use upstairs system. Will need to return to service both outdoor units due to weather conditions. Both units heating upon departure.

Found bad capacitor upon arrival was told to go too next call because I didn’t have part, but I volunteer too come back to help out the family, changed capacitor for discount because clients been with us for so long, and reduced service fee because of rare circumstances, warranty over, freedom heating and cooling is not responsible for unit
