Unit working upon departure replace bgi bulb
These are the items needed to ensure the proper operation and comfort of your home.
Upon arrival Performed HP/AH maintenance on indoor and outdoor unit, checked coil, motors, wiring switches and replaced 313 April Aire Filter ,Collected 105.60 by CC
These items will extend the life of your equipment, installed full 5 stage breathe easy and full duct seal system is fully functioning upon departure, Five years of filters at no charge too client (free filter refills) five years of service
Upon arrival preformed tune up checked all electrical components and pressures everything checked out okay need to bring filter next visit system running properly upon departure
Arrived on call no a/c. Upon inspection found switch on mobile home unit switched to heat not cool, flipped switch all working at this time.
Thermostat wiring issue. System heating and cooling upon departure.
Came out to job, unit was running but had hole in duct. Also found bad cap. Drain lines were clogged. Fixed duct issues and cleared drains and replaced cap and unit is cooling properly on departure.
Performed system check and clean. Found no areas of concern. System running upon departure.
One system tuneup. No customer complaints. All components working properly. Outside unit had a large amount of grass buildup in it. Was able to get everything out. Unit working on departure.
Came out to job. Cleaned one unit. Checked electrical and wiring. Checked amp draw and it was okay, checked coil found no evidence of leaks, checked refrigerant levels and all checked out today. Also checked heat and it came on and worked fine.

NC- DI was done found the system to be operating correctly with a 21* temperature split. Then changed the fan speed from medium low, to medium high to help combat the heat. Cleaned up system working properly upon departure.
Heating system repair, diagnose and perform maintenance for system not heating properly. The heat strips were replaced in package unit and furnace maintenance is complete for the cold weather.
