I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company for the service charge yesterday. Ryan never reconnected the thermostat after his service call. Although the compressor is bad on the outside unit. I was told I could have run the heat strips if the unit was turned on properly. I ran several heaters last night to keep the downstairs warm. Upon arrival found bad fan motor and compressor on 3 ton HP/AH. Gave customer quote of 9887 to replace the system and she is going to talk to her mom and let us know if they can move forward
Performed ptu system works as it should, replaced filter 413,customer paid with credit card 133.00
Water bug shorted out run cap, I replaced it system works, not as it should, will call back if any other problems, home owner not home.
1/4' and 3/8" Lines already there with comm cable and disconnect. Replacement but move air handler from stairwell into office.
Added 1 pound of r410a refrigerant. Brought sub cooling to specified temperature.
Found air leak’s in duct use duct seal to stop leaks replaced uv light but system is running up to part didn’t see anything wrong with it
Found drain line clogged and drain pan full of water. Blew out primary and secondary drain lines and ensured proper drainage. System functioning properly upon departure. These are the items needed to ensure the proper operation and comfort of your home.
Checked all electrical and refrigerant levels and everything is good at this time. Cleaned outdoor systems and also clear drain lines and adjust drain for mini split system to help it drain more efficiently

Found a block in the pressure switch cleared blockage unit is running properly
System was off turned system on system came on check AHU electrical components and blower motor amps. Check compressor and fan amps and check refrigerant pressures system is cooling as should outdoor system is very dirty customer didn’t want to sign up for FCC atm went ahead and did one time cleaning on outdoor. System operating as should upon departure
Found bad transformer and condenser fan motor dropping out after running for a period of time. Need to replace transformer and CFM system is also low on refrigerant due to coil leaking. If you have any questions you can call my supervisor John G (330) 806-6792
