Found short in UV. Replaced UV and system is operating as it should.
Upon arrival found biological growth inside blower cabinet customer did not want to move forward with any system enhancements checked all components cleaned condenser coils equipment operating upon departure
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor unit. Checked and washed outdoor unit.
On arrival of cooling inspection found uv bulb needed replacement. Systems running upon departure from customers.
Found leak in both coil left customer price of $9000

On this date found a unit that the compressor was not coming on contactor was pulling in and unit was not cooling and would not shut off.

Found grounded compressor needs compressor and plug system has gas heat no heat pump will call manufacturer in the morning
Arrived to maintenance on 2 systems both units dirty and original to the home but has had quite a bit of work done to them all capacitors and compressors in good shape both motors have been replaced upon inspection of downstairs duct work was in great shape the dehumidifier works found mold and bacteria growing in unit but not duct found blower cap bad both evap coils have been replaced with aluminum upstairs system also had mold but everything else in good shape
Came out to job. Did furnace and air conditioning tune up and both checked out fine. Cleaned unit and everything is back on on departure.
